Quick Butter paneer masala

Ever since I moved to India, I am spoiled with the luxury of a cook and other help. Now there are days when they fall ill and you have to cook yet dont want to spend too much time cooking. This recipe happened just that way. Apart from some chopping and grinding....its so easy to put together and turns out really good.

Masala to be ground:
1 onion, quartered
1 big tomato, quartered
1/4 cup of cashews
4-5 byadgi or any other red chilies
1 tsp coriander seeds
2 cloves
2 cardamoms
1 inch of cinnamon
Grind the above to a smooth paste.

Curry;
2-3 tbsp of mustard oil
1 onion, cut into 1" pieces
1 capsicum, cut into 1" pieces
1/2 cup malai or fresh cream
Salt to taste
1 tsp chili powder,if required
Whole garam masala
400 gms of paneer, cubed

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add the whole garam masala. Next add the ground masala paste, stir for 4-5 mins.
Add all the remaining ingredients. Add water to make a medium thickness curry.
Pressure cook for 2 whistles. Serve with naan or bread of your choice.
