This dosa is a great alternative to the regular dosa and also for those who would like to avoid rice.
1 cup Proso millet
1 cup Pearl millet
1/2 cup coconut paste
Salt
Water
Wash and soak the millets in sufficient water for 4-5 hours.
Grind it to a dosa like batter and ferment it overnight. Next morning add the coconut paste, salt and water to make a thin batter.
Heat a well seasoned cast iron pan and pour the batter almost splattering to form a net. Drizzle some sesame oil. Fry till crisp. You can serve it with some fresh coconut chutney.
