Spinach Pakoras (pan fried)



These healthy pakoras can be served as an appetizer or with rice and daal.

2 cups chopped spinach
3-4 tbsp chickpea flour (besan)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds 
2 green chilies chopped 
Salt 
1-2 tsp ghee

Mix all the ingredients except ghee, with some water till it comes together. 
Squeeze the spinach well with the flour till a nice mixture forms. 
Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add small dollops of the mixture,  lightly  flatten with your fingers.
Fry on a low- medium flame till golden on both sides.
