Bajra instant dosa

 


For those looking for gluten-free options, these instant dosas are quick to put together. The flours mentioned below will be available at your closest Indian store. 


2 cups Bajra flour(Pearl Millets)

2 cups rice flour

2 tsp cumin seeds 

2-3 green chilies chopped 

Salt

Oil to fry


In a bowl, mix all the above ingredients except for oil with enough water to make a thin, watery batter. Keep this aside for 1/2 hour. Next heat up a lightly oiled cast iron dosa pan or a non stick pan. Pour a couple of ladles of the batter swirling the pan till it forms a round shape. Drizzle some oil and cook on high heat. After a couple minute turn the dosa and cook the other side as well for a couple minutes. Serve with Sambhar daal or a chutney of your choice.
