Corn paneer and bell pepper bhurji


Fresh corn tastes so much better than the frozen ones. Try this recipe when they are in season and notice the difference. 


2 fresh corn cobs
1 small potato, diced
1 small bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup diced paneer
2 tbsp mustard oil 
1 tsp cumin seeds 
1 tsp  pepper, crushed
2 red chilies 
1/2 tsp turmeric pd 
1/2 tsp garam masala pd
1 tbsp ketchup
Salt


Slice the kernels off the corn cobs. You should get a cup full. 
Heat oil, add the cumin seeds. Follow this with pepper and red chilies. Next add the potato, bell pepper and fresh corn. Add salt and turmeric pd. Cover and cook for 10 mins. Next add the remaining ingredients and cook for another 10 mins on a medium to low flame. Serve as a side dish to your meal.
