Sprout Salad or Koshambir

 


2 cups sprouted mung beans

1/2 onion chopped 

4-5 small red radishes, grated

2 small Persian cucumbers, chopped 

1” ginger, grated

2 green chilies, minced 

3 tbsp raw peanuts, lightly roasted and crushed

Juice of 1/2 a lime

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp pepper

Salt


Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and serve as on the  side with a meal.
