Cabbage pakoras


2 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 small onion, finely chopped
2-3 green chilies, minced
1/2 cup coriander leaves, minced
Salt to taste
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp Besan or chickpea flour
Water to bind
2 -3 tbsp of oil or ghee to fry

Mix all of the above. Let it rest for half hour, mix well again.
Heat a non stick frypan. Add some oil or ghee. Put small dollops of the mixture and flatten.
Fry on a medium flame till golden on both sides.
