Quick Salmon curry


There’s everything to love about this Salmon curry! It’s easy to put together, homely and goes really well with steaming rice.


2 tbsp oil
1 onion, minced
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2” ginger, minced
2-3 green chilies chopped
A few curry leaves
1 tomato chopped
1 cup green bean, halved
pulp of a small ball of tamarind
1 tsp turmeric pd
1 tsp chili pd
1 tsp coriander pd
Salt
1/2 can coconut milk
1 lb Salmon, cut into desirable size

Heat oil, fry onions, ginger, garlic and chilies for 8-10 mins.
Next add the curry leaves, tomatoes, green beans and powdered spices. Fry for 5-6 mins on a medium to low flame.
Add the tamarind water, salt and coconut milk. Once it starts simmering add the salmon. Cook for 5-6 mins and serve.
